Why We Exist
Many young athletes are taught how to play hard, but not necessarily how to play smart.
Global Elite is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was created to help athletes develop the mental side of the game earlier: understanding strategy, decision-making, leadership, discipline, teamwork, and the habits that separate good players from great ones.
Our goal is to build athletes who are prepared not only for the next season, but for the next level.

Global Elite exists to empower today’s youth with the education, leadership, mentorship, and strategic training needed to compete at the highest levels of sport and life.

We envision a future where youth athletes everywhere have access to the tools, coaching, and experiences necessary to become smarter players, stronger leaders, and more prepared young adults.

Global Elite offers a new model for youth sports development. Unlike traditional sports programs that focus only on winning games or individual skill development, Global Elite takes a more complete approach.
We combine:
- High-IQ training
- Leadership development
- Film and strategy education
- Mentorship from experienced coaches and former athletes
- Exposure to elite environments and competition
- Long-term personal and athletic growth
Global Elite is launching in the Midwest through its flagship program, Global Elite Wolves, serving athletes across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
As the organization grows, Global Elite plans to expand into additional regions across the United States and eventually internationally, creating a global network of elite development programs that prepare youth athletes for long-term success.
