Global Elite prepares youth athletes for long-term success through strategic training, education, leadership development, mentorship, elite competition and travel opportunities, and a focus on European basketball experiences.
We believe athletic success is about more than talent. It is about teaching young athletes how to think differently, lead confidently, compete intelligently, and prepare for the demands of higher levels of play.
Too many athletes rely on talent alone. Many young athletes are taught how to play hard—but not necessarily how to play smart.
Global Elite exists to give youth early exposure to the tools, education, coaching, and experiences needed to build a dynamic future—both on and off the court.
We're building a nationwide movement. Global Elite is launching in the Midwest through its flagship program, Global Elite Wolves, serving athletes across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
As the organization grows, Global Elite plans to expand into additional regions across the United States and eventually internationally, creating a global network of elite development programs that prepare youth athletes for long-term success.

We recruit and identify motivated youth athletes with strong potential, character, work ethic, and a desire to grow.

We teach youth how to understand the game at a deeper level through IQ-based training, film study, situational learning, and advanced skill development.
We provide access to coaches, former professional athletes, and mentors who help young athletes build confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership.

We create pathways to elite camps, travel experiences, showcases, combines, and regional or international competition.
Global Elite Wolves is a program made up of 10 elite U14 athletes across 5 midwestern states. Athletes will participate in a youth basketball development tour at Impact Basketball in Las Vegas, led by Joe Abunassar from July 26th to August 1st, 2026.
The program is designed to expose athletes to the international approach to the game of basketball, combined with elite athletic development, mentorship, and educational experiences. Athletes will train in a professional facility, observe workouts of NBA and professional players, and compete in a high-performance environment. The goal is to elevate youth basketball talent while providing leadership development and international exposure for young athletes.
